The hotel is beautiful and elegant, located 5 minutes from the main square. The room was very clean, modern and quiet. There was a handwritten note in the room, welcoming me. Staff could not be more helpful, they recommended me where to eat the best pierogi, helped me book day trips. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of food. I recommend staying at Senacki Hotel****

We visited hotel Senacki this week and it was perfect. The hotel was clean and luxurious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the old town and a very short walk to the square. The hotel helped us organise trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau as well as collection from the airport and our return journey. We would highly recommend Hotel Senacki to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean The hotel is in an excellent, central location, just off the main square with excellent bars and restaurants close by The staff are very helpful

Fantastic staff who went out of their way to book excursions and airport transfer. They arranged for a takeaway breakfast on the day of our journey home due to an early flight. Breakfast buffet choice was excellent. Fresh produce and scrambled eggs made to order. Hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring the Old Town and good choice of restaurants all around.

Great location in the heart of the city on a pedestrain street in the old town so no noise from traffic or trams which some other hotels have. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The reception was staffed 24 hours which is reassuring too. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The staff in the dining room were lovely. Our room was serviced daily and to a very good standard.

The location was perfect - very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with my room it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The breakfast was lovely, with a good, varied selection. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed, including a fridge and free safe. If I visit Krakow again I will definitely choose the Senacki.

Excellent location for getting to the square and sightseeing. Lovely view from the superior room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the building itself and the rooms are lovely would definitely stay again.

A boutique hotel experience with 20 rooms. We had 2 rooms, 401 and 404. The first had numerous spiders and faced the Main Street. The later was on the backside and had no issues. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, and the staff was excellent! Elevator was a little jerky when it started. Location was excellent!

The location was excellent in the middle of the old town, 1st thing to greet me was a beautifully hand written welcome letter & a small box of chocolates which i found really touching! Suite room number 1 was exceptional and immaculately clean, good selection mini bar topped up daily, huge bathroom, super size bed with crisp white bedding huge pillows and I slept like a log every night. Its a continental breakfast in cellar room which was exceptional with beautifully prepared fruit and good choices of meats, cheese, breads and pastries. But the kingpin holding the hotel together is the reception staff as the central point, especially Norbert who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. 1st night I realised I had no 2 pin adaptors for any of my appliances!!! He went and found 3 for me and even delivered them to my room the same night! Excellent spoken English, organised our trips and nothing was too much trouble for any of them.! I hope the managers are all proud of the excellent customer service their staff provide. Very highly recommended.👏👏👏

Reception Staff were great and available 24hours. Excellent location in Old Town for making a very quick visit to the Wawel Royal Castle, main square. Taxi rank and lots of restaurants very close. Comfortable bed and nice shower room. Late checkout very much appreciated. Good complimentary selection of tea, coffee, water and welcome biscuits in superior room. Thanks all.
