Everything about the hotel was excellent from the check-in to the check-out. Great location to get around Krakow on foot. We managed three walking tours during our stay. Rooms are spacious and beds were comfy. Good choice of breakfast and no bother making more pancakes or scramble eggs when asked. All staff members were extremely friendly and recommended lovely restaurants for us in the evening. The hotel is on a busy street but for us this added to the atmosphere. If you are hoping to go to Auschwitz during your stay I recommend you book it yourself on the museum's official booking site in plenty of time. We left the hotel at 5.00am and didn't get back until 7.00pm that evening because we hadn't pre-booked. The hotel organised our airport pick up and drop off, both drivers were prompt and friendly. The hotel also had a lovely complimentary bottle of wine and cake for us on arrival to celebrate my husbands birthday. This was a lovely surprise. We would highly recommend hotel Senacki.

We visited hotel Senacki this week and it was perfect. The hotel was clean and luxurious, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were really helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant - in the old town and a very short walk to the square. The hotel helped us organise trips to the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau as well as collection from the airport and our return journey. We would highly recommend Hotel Senacki to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow

Alexandra

Great location in the heart of the city on a pedestrain street in the old town so no noise from traffic or trams which some other hotels have. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The reception was staffed 24 hours which is reassuring too. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices. The staff in the dining room were lovely. Our room was serviced daily and to a very good standard.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant, located 5 minutes from the main square. The room was very clean, modern and quiet. There was a handwritten note in the room, welcoming me. Staff could not be more helpful, they recommended me where to eat the best pierogi, helped me book day trips. Breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of food. I recommend staying at Senacki Hotel****

Bianca

The location was perfect - very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I had an issue with my room it was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The breakfast was lovely, with a good, varied selection. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed, including a fridge and free safe. If I visit Krakow again I will definitely choose the Senacki.
